Vesturport’s Metamorphosis is a critically acclaimed 2006 theatrical adaptation of Franz Kafka’s story, co-produced with Lyric Hammersmith and directed by David Farr and Gísli Örn Garðarsson. It features acrobatic, physical acting to depict Gregor Samsa’s transformation, with music by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis.
