Bastards

Bastards is a story about a broken family; a father, his children and their spouses. After many years of estrangement, the siblings receive an invitation to attend their father's wedding. When they realize that the bride is the eldest brother's childhood sweetheart, a merciless and fierce battle ensues.

 

This is an amazing story of jealousy, hatred and murder, but it also deals with brotherly love and affection. And the search for one's origins.

 

The play premiered at the Reykjavik City Theatre in 2012
